We are seeking a Data Capacity Team Manager to supervise our learning and data capacity-building services. Our services include: Data Strategic Planning©, our social enterprise, and CTData Academy, our data capacity-building program. Someone who will excel in this role will be entrepreneurial, organized, able to manage people, enjoy coaching and training clients, and enjoy building and expanding programs.
Data Analyst: CTData is seeking an enthusiastic person who loves data, believes in our mission, and wants to grow within our organization to join our team as a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will report to the Director of Data and Analytics and will work equally alongside both our Hartford Data Collaborative (HDC) Team and the Data Team on a variety of projects, including data linking, data analysis, report-writing,
data visualizations, building dashboards, and more. This role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities and opportunities to engage with both data and community members.
Connecticut RAPID Survey 3 The Connecticut RAPID survey on Financial Security and Material Hardship received responses from
1,163 primary caregivers of children under 6 years old from 137 towns across Connecticut. Responses were received in September and October of 2024. Read the full report here. focused on something many of you have asked for: frameworks for thinking about equity in data. This conversation introduced several high-level frameworks that help us ask better questions about power, accountability, and community impact in our data work. Read more. Connecticut is Building Housing at a Much Lower Rate Than Nationally Connecticut consistently issues new housing permits at a much lower rate
than the nation as a whole. From 2020 to 2024, the national rate of new permits has been roughly three to four times higher than Connecticut’s. Read more. ICE Apprehensions and Deportations Data February 2026 Update In September, 2025, we conducted an analysis of date from the Deportation Data Project to get a picture of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activity in Connecticut. Using this same dataset, we analyzed the currently available data, which now goes to October 2025.
