On Thursday, May 7 from 4 to 6 p.m., CTData Collaborative is hosting its annual Hartford Youth Data Spotlight: Data Walk 2026 at the Hartford Public Library, Downtown Branch. This free, public event features youth-led research on education, housing and homeownership, and access to sports and recreation in Hartford.
The researchers presenting their work are Hartford Youth Data Fellows, young people ages 17 to 24 who are paid to develop skills in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling. They work as co-researchers, using real data to explore issues that affect their own community. The Data Walk is your chance to see that work firsthand and hear directly from the fellows.
Attendance is free. Donations to support youth programming are welcome, and light refreshments will be provided.
If you know colleagues or partners who care about Hartford's youth and community, please pass this along.
