We are seeking a mid-career evaluator to conduct mixed-methods evaluations of multi-year projects. 

The ideal candidate will plan and implement a process and outcome evaluation. This person must live in (or relocate to) Connecticut. 

The Program Evaluation Specialist will coordinate with an external nonprofit program team to develop appropriate data collection tools, create standardized data collection and entry processes, and collect, process, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders to inform future implementation efforts at the system and provider levels.

This role is hybrid in Connecticut – Some in office work, some remote work, and occasional travel to client sites within the state.
