Chenfei Ma joins as Data Analyst As Data Analyst, in addition to working on a range of data projects, Chenfei will work alongside the CTData analytics team, with a diverse set of responsibilities engaging with both data and community members. A key part of her role will include working with the Hartford Data Collaborative to facilitate data sharing and data integration. Along with her crucial role in data integration efforts among agencies in Hartford, she will support CTData’s overall

Hartford Youth Data Fellows Data Walk Please join us! Our Hartford Youth Data Fellows are ten youths ages 17-24 from Hartford who join the Hartford Data Collaborative for 5 months to learn data skills and engage in community projects. As part of the collaborative, they receive stipends for their work and contributions. Hear their insights on May 20th and share your own.

Hartford Young Children Data Story CTData partnered with the City of Hartford Department of Families, Children, Youth, and Recreation
to create the Hartford Young Children Data Story. Our analysis provides an overview of young children in Hartford, including topics such as neighborhoods children live in, child care program access, birth trends, and more.

here. Work from Home Trends andCommuting Patterns Since 2019 During the Covid-19 pandemic, some workplaces quickly transitioned from
in-person work to remote work. While many workplaces have returned to offices, many other jobs have continued to be performed at home. We wanted to look at these trends using two Census Bureau data products: the American Community Survey (ACS) 1-year estimates, and the Longitudinal Employer-Household Dynamics (LEHD) Origin-Destination Employment Statistics (LODES).
